I completed a two year Extended Stay at Wellesley Boutique Inn while attending a masters program at Babson College, and appreciated the convenient location of just one block from downtown Wellesley Hills featuring many restaurants, coffee shops, bakeries, banks, dry cleaners, and walking trails. Whole Foods was also only 1 mile away. Babson College was an approx 20 minute walk and there was no need for a car. I also enjoyed a six minute stroll to the Wellesley Hills commuter train stop which delivered me to South Station in approx 25-30 minutes. I graduated with high honors and attribute my success partially to a quiet atmosphere and amazing hospitality. Margot, the hostess has a goal to exceed expectations and she excelled in this area by maintaining a comfortable, welcoming, and clean environment. We have become like family to each other. It was a pleasure to stay the full two years of my school program which was often enhanced with her personal attention to detail, even hosting my Mother during graduation week.SukreetTwo-year extended stay · Babson College masters program

The Pan-Mass Challenge held its annual event on August 1 and 2. I rode the Wellesley 50 mile loop. The night before I was very happy to have stayed at the Wellesley Bed & Breakfast — now Wellesley Boutique Inn. Inn owner Margot’s hospitality was stellar! She was exceedingly accommodating, and showed me everything I needed to know for my stay. I had asked for breakfast before leaving for the PMC at 6:30 am; Margot prepared her signature baked French toast with cranberry breakfast the night before so that it was ready in the morning. Breakfast was delicious. Because I was leaving early she made it easy for me to leave in the morning. Everything I needed for the evening was available, including TV access. It was a very pleasant stay. The Wellesley Boutique Inn is conveniently located about 1.3 mile from the PMC start line. This was the best possible scenario for me to ride on the PMC. I highly recommend Wellesley Boutique Inn. I give Margot the highest marks for a clean, comfortable and hospitable inn.Joseph WhitePan-Mass Challenge rider · Wellesley 50-mile loop

We had a wonderful stay at Wellesley Boutique Inn. Margot was a fantastic hostess who made sure we had everything we needed and was always ready with great suggestions for things to do and places to see. One of the things we especially appreciated was the convenient location. The commuter rail is only about a 7-minute walk from the inn and takes you right into Boston, making it very easy to explore the city without having to worry about driving or parking. We arrived near the Boston Public Library and from there were able to see so much of the city, including the Boston Public Garden and Boston Common, and walk the Freedom Trail. Walking the Freedom Trail was one of the highlights of our trip. We loved experiencing so much history while exploring the city on foot, especially seeing places like the Paul Revere House and Boston Harbor. It was a great way to spend the day and was very easy to do from the inn. Between Margot’s warm hospitality, her helpful recommendations, and the easy access to Boston and all it has to offer, Wellesley Boutique Inn was a wonderful home base for our Massachusetts visit.Shawn BBoston sightseeing stay · Freedom Trail
We had a wonderful stay at the Wellesley Boutique Inn, and Margot, the innkeeper, could not have been more accommodating. From the moment we arrived, she made us feel welcome and was incredibly helpful throughout our stay. You can tell she takes great pride in the inn and genuinely cares about her guests. The home itself was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and full of New England charm. It has that classic New England feel that makes staying there part of the experience, rather than simply having a place to sleep. Everything was well maintained and thoughtfully kept. We also loved the location. Wellesley is a great home base for exploring the area. The inn is convenient to the train into Boston, making it easy to spend the day in the city without having to deal with parking. At the same time, it puts you in a great position to explore many of the other attractions in eastern Massachusetts, including Salem and the Salem Witch Museum, Plymouth and Plymouth Rock, and the Mayflower II, as well as Cape Cod and the many towns and attractions along the way. Whether you’re looking to explore Boston, take a day trip to Salem or Plymouth, visit Cape Cod, or simply enjoy a beautiful New England town, the Wellesley Boutique Inn is a wonderful place to stay. We would absolutely stay here again, and we highly recommend it — especially because of Margot’s hospitality and the warmth and character of the inn.Jason BNew England day trips · Salem, Plymouth & Cape Cod
Our stay at this charming boutique inn in Wellesley was absolutely delightful — a perfect home base for our whirlwind tour of the Boston area. The rooms were clean, quaint, comfortable, and full of charm, but what truly made our stay special was our lovely hostess, Margot. She was warm, kind, gracious, and incredibly accommodating, making us feel genuinely welcomed from the moment we arrived. The location could not have been more perfect. Just a few minutes’ walk brought us to a French pastry shop for coffee and breakfast, with the most amazing delicacies. The town itself was picturesque and quintessentially New England. The train station was also a quick walk from the inn, and from there, we enjoyed an effortless 30-minute ride straight into Boston for a fun-filled day. We also used the inn as our home base for day trips to Salem, Cape Cod, and Plymouth, all easily accessible by car. Along the way, we discovered an incredible restaurant, YAZ, where the food was absolutely EPIC! Our suite was especially charming, with a separate second sleeping room that would be perfect for a child or two, or even a girlfriend or two for a weekend getaway! There was also a private bathroom, plus access to coffee, tea, and a refrigerator for snacks. Beautiful, charming, and perfectly located — we truly could not have chosen a better home base for our weekend. We would stay here again in a heartbeat and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a special New England getaway! ✨Lee-Ann P.Weekend getaway · stayed in the suite
I booked a weekend at Wellesley Boutique Inn as I found it online. I was delighted to see property in person as the photos didn’t do it justice! Margot welcomed me and treated me like family. She goes over and above when it comes to being an innkeeper. Her pride of ownership shows all the way down to her flower choices in her front garden. I highly recommend. You won’t be disappointed!AmyWeekend stay
My husband and I stayed for a couple of nights with our 8-month-old during a house-hunting trip and had a very nice stay. Our room was clean, the bed was very comfortable, and Margot thoughtfully made sure we had everything we needed for our baby. We appreciated her hospitality and would happily stay again. All the best!Debra LinFamily stay · house-hunting trip with an infant
My stay here felt like I was at home and getting special treatment. The room decor was warm and inviting, but most importantly comfortable. My needs as a guest were completely attended to and breakfast was wonderful. I can highly recommend staying here.Rudy JasperGuest room stay
